I needed a new car battery and when I rang they were able to fit me in the next day, Saturday morning. The battery was fitted and the car ready in about an hour. Great service.
Visited John R Ford in Royston when they serviced my car. Very happy with the customer service I received and their staff were very friendly. I dropped my car off at 8am and had a phone call before 11:30 to say it was ready and they had even cleaned it for me. Would definitely recommend!
Took my Kuga in for its second service last Saturday - first time using John R Ford. No issues, was able to wait whilst it was being done rather than having to leave it. Cost was as shown on their website. Only extra was the brake fluid change. Only reason Ive not given 5 stars is that it should have been washed and hoovered (according to the Ford service flyers they give out) and my vehicle wasnt - it would have been a nice bonus! However not worth driving back for.
I took my B-Max in for a gearbox repair. The people in the service department were very helpful, friendly and professional. Renne, who looked after the repair was particularly knowledgeable. I was told that the car would be needed for three days. It was fixed in two. So Im very pleased and would recommend this garage.
We have used John R Ford for the past 15 years, and currently run 4 Fords - Mustang, New Mondeo, Cougar, Capri 2.8.It is a pleasure to visit and receive a warm welcome.They offer excellent old fashioned service and courtesy, that is difficult to find today.Jobs are always carried out in a timely fashion, and the car left spotlessly clean.Very knowledgeable and don't over complicate issues, which makes life easy.
