Our driver managed to get the van round to them where they straight away had a look, ordered the parts required, fitted them and our driver was on his way back to Birmingham in no time! Our car's engine light came on the dashboard on Wednesday evening during the massive snow in February 2018. We couldn't go over 20 miles and the engine was cutting out. I rang my local KIA dealer on Thursday morning and they said they are fully booked and can't help at all. We couldn't be without a car so I started looking for a local garage with good reviews and came across RVS. I dropped the car off within 15 minutes of my first phone call. It was diagnosed within 2 hours and fixed 4 hours later. Excellent service and a v. reasonable price.
Had a problem with my car and went to my local garage and they quoted me over 800 all together to get everything sorted ensuring me it would be as good as new, but wanted to get a second opinion so came to Neil at RVS. He managed to fix my car for less than half the originally quoted price and I was able to drive away the same day. Car definitely as good as new and over the moon with the help and support. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going straight there if any future problems occur.
