Generally a pleasant buying experience with Ben, who was very helpful both during the initial visit and test drive, and also with follow up (e.g. explaining all the paperwork, as well as ordering and supplying a parcel shelf agreed as part of the purchase). Although there was definitely some encouragement to buy extras (paint protection and warranty, which I bought, and parking sensors, which I did not), I did not feel pressured at any point. Three weeks on, I'm still very pleased with the car itself and with the price.
