I was in a adolescent hospital before kneesworth the reason I had to leave my previous hospital was because I turned 18 and had to move to another hospital but for adults.I am autistic and the change of hospital, routine and staff made me struggle even more then I already was. at kneesworth the majority of staff were not helpful at all. everytime I got upset I got injected,Some of the staff were ok and they would help me before it got to that, but unfortunately most didn't. Another big problem was there was hardly any regular staff working there it was lots of different agency staff which is unsettling.Another problem is they kept me in locked seclusion for months all i had was a mattress as thin as a yoga mat and a couple of blankets it was freezing and whilst I was in there the staff didn't really talk to me they just watched me 24/7I felt alone I missed my family I was scared due to my mental health.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Rude and arrogant, don't know why worst hospital i have ever worked in, feel sorry for the patients, all good staff have left, now only lazy bullies left. God help us
