After a slow start with a buyer that wasn't WellingtonWise cracked on after a revision of instruction and got the house viewed and sold in excellent time.The usual solicitor-related enquiries slowed the process but the team at WellingtonWise were on the case and considerably helped along the sale through to a satisfactory conclusion and for a decent and well-warned commission rate. Efficient in action and deed I would use again if I needed to.
Wellington Wise were efficient throughout the buying process from viewing to completion, dealing promptly with our offer and doing their best to keep us informed as the legal process ticked along.There was a minor mix up with the solicitors being sent incorrect property particulars, but we were able to get this resolved before it caused any delays.
