We booked our first P&O cruise from this company, and the lady who dealt with my wife and I, was warm and helpful, that eventually led to a successful vacation. My only complaint is, that when sending off copies of documents that was requested, there was no confirmation given as to whether they had been received or not. Actually, there was little in the way of any communication, unless one visited the agency itself.The second lady we dealt with, only a couple of weeks or so ago, was in total contrast to our first experience, who was rather aloof and indifferent to our needs, mainly because she didnt possess the knowledge we required to book another holiday. In fact, this lady was more interested in kissing and cuddling a friend whod just entered the premises when we were ready to leave, than dealing with our needs. There were no brochures given out to us either, so as to peruse what was on offer. Surprisingly enough and unlike most other travel agencies, weve never received any promotions whatsoever from Premier Travel. Not a company I would wish to recommend doing business with, especially when one is preparing to spend a lot of money!
Great staff, great experience. I decided to change my travel itinerary. I worked with Laura the Branch Manager to get what was needed. She kept me updated in regard to pricing, impact of my change etc. I cannot speak more highly of her professionalism and helpfulness.
OK when things go well but don't support you when you have a bad holiday, in fact they take the holiday company's side....
