Really helpful and caring especially during a frantic time
We have just picked up our Clumber Spaniel following an operation on her elbow. Martin was professional and informative and he kept us updated throughout. All the staff we saw were friendly and helpful. I am extremely grateful for how easy they have made the whole process for us!
Martin and the team certainly helped us out of a hole and we cannot thank them enough. Two TPLO's on our dog (Weimaraner x Springer) in the space of 3 weeks, both wonderfully done and recovering well. Martin went out of his way on assurance and post op care information. It's a brand new Surgery, everything is spotless and bang up to date, set in a calm atmosphere...a great find for an anxious dog! Congratulations on opening your new practice. We highly recommend Martin who has treated two of our dogs in the past, including a total hip replacement and TPLO both in the same leg for our Slovakian Pointer, Zora. She is now 8 years old but continues to run around like a puppy and has more stamina than our younger dog. No one believes that she had such extensive surgery, this is a true testament to Martin's exceptional surgical skills.Paul & Helen. Kent
