After being with the practice for 20 years and missing 3 appointments in 7 years, 1 of which I dispute was the correct date! I have been removed from the dentists patient list! What terrible service and complete lack of care for a long standing patient. For someone who visits the practice on a regular basis due to suffering with tmj, I'm completely disgusted with the treatment I have received.
I have been using this Dentist for both my son's for years. They are absolutely excellent. When my youngest chipped his tooth he was straight in and they couldn't have been more sensitive and helpful. They ensured my eldest was referred early to the Orthodonist. The Receptionist's are lovely and they send both text and email reminders so, you never miss an appointment.
