I give this practise two stars only as the two first dentists were amazing then it went downhill. In the short time I've been going there I've had four different dentists, one ok and the other awful.One was trying to hardsell a overpriced private treatmemt and when shopping around I found I could get it for less then half the price. One of the receptionists really need to go on a course in customer service as she really rude. She booked me in but when I turned up they couldn't find me in the system. I was seen anyway after a short wait but after my experiences I've decided to go elsewhere.
Gone there with pain and infection and been send away to find some private dentist because they got whole month booked by people like me.
Very rude staff, very stuck up reception, would not recommend.
After not being to the dentist for over 15years my partner registered me and got me an appointment at the priory i was first greeted by the lovely receptionist then after a very nervous wait in the waiting room i was soon put to ease once called in by Nickesh and we discussed my anxiety issues and my treatment plan, I can't thank him enough for what he has done i now have a decent smile again would definitely recommend especially if you have anxiety with dentist. Aside from a surgical procedure to remove multiple teeth where I was put under sedation, I havent been to the dentist in over 15 years. This, quite frankly was because I was absoloutely PETRIFIED! Ive been having the worst toothache in one of my top back teeth and I finally bit the bullet and went to get it looked at.I was greeted by Dr. Chen and put at ease. She gave me a detailed prognosis of the problem and set me on a course of antibiotics and asked me to come back a week later for an extraction. Finally the big day came and I was so nervous that I was shaking. The Numbing injection didnt hurt at all and I was quickly numb. She then started the extraction and a I could feel was pressure before finally, she swiftly took it out and gave me a detailed aftercare plan. My fear of dentists has now been smashed out of the park. I cannot thank Dr. Chen and the lovely nurse who assisted her enough. You have utterly saved me. Thankyou so so much!
