I've had my hair done at Anderson's for over 11 years now. Louissa is amazing and never disappoints. All the staff are really friendly and you can have a good chat with all of them.

Spent 5 hours at Andersons Hair today and had a consultation before hand and a skin test 2 weeks earlier. I even went by one extra time after a few days of the prior consultation to ask about the colour I wished to get and execution of it. I choose to have the colour made by one of the students as I have done this before in other saloons and found that result is goo and student usually are monitored and backed up by a manager that follows the procedure. My hair was bleached and I didn't want to damage it like that so choose to use bonding which she forgot to put it when necessary and also the colour of my hair went darker than previously aswell as the initial quote of 60 was all of a sudden 80. Summary I went in for a consultation to go lighter brown with minimal damage, and left the saloon with darker and dry, dull hair that I had to pay 60 for. There was several explanations of why this might have happened and ops the student forgot the bonding... but hey seriously my hair is not in good condition and my wallet lighter. Not impressed and do not recommend!
