Excellent hair cut and colour, I wasn't left with dry hair after my colour like previous. Lovely friendly people.
My first appointment was booked at 12 o clock and I was feeling excited about having my hair done at a local salon.I arrived on time and excited only to be sat on a sofa after being gorpt at when first walking in, this made me feel a little uncomfortable.Anyway i sat patiently waiting and after 15 minutes of watching both hairdressers still happily cutting away I asked if it was going to be much longer and was told 5 more minutes.20 minutes later and both hairdressers still cutting away this was now 35 Mins after my appointment time and I was unable to sit and wait any longer as would be late for a later appointment.Very disappointed and frustrated.
