very rude to my son, He made an appointment for a specific time, he drove 2 hours from Downham Market and they had the appointment set for 2 hours later. They basically called him an idiot, insisted that it was for a later time even though I was right there with him and the phone was on speaker. He did get to see the house he wanted a few days later and they refused to process his paperwork and did not give a reason even though he was fully qualified to rent....
